Rajasthan Civil Judge eligibility
To become a Munsiff-Magistrate through direct recruitment, you must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen.

Educational Qualification: You need a Law degree approved by the Bar Council of India, which makes you eligible to practice as an Advocate.

Age Limit: You shouldn't be over 35 years old, For SC/ST 40 years, and for OBC 38 years.

Character: You should have a good character.

Health: You need to be in good health without any physical issues that would prevent you from performing your duties.
Make sure you meet all these conditions and have your qualifications ready by the date mentioned in the application process.
For Recruitment by Transfer, here are the rules:

Qualification and Age: You must have a Law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India and not be older than 54 years by the application deadline.

Experience: You should be a confirmed employee in any of the listed positions, such as Assistant Public Prosecutor, Assistant Registrar in the High Court, various positions in the Law Department or courts, or a Full-time Assistant Professor in Government Law Colleges, among others. Even if you're not currently in one of these positions but have held one or more of them for the required number of years and are now in a higher pay scale position, you're eligible.
For both direct recruitment and transfer, your eligibility is determined by the requirements in place by the deadline for the application process.
Scheme of Examination for Rajasthan Judiciary
Kerala Munisf Magistrate Examination consist of three phases: -

Viva Voce
Preliminary Exam Detail

It will be an objective type test, meaning you'll answer multiple choice questions.

There will be 100 questions, each worth two points, making the total Number 200.

The selection ratio for the preliminary exam is 1:10, meaning for every vacancy, ten candidates will be selected to move forward.

If candidates have the same score as the last selected candidate, all of them will qualify for the main examination.
Written Examination Detail

Number of Papers: There are four papers in total.

Marks: Each paper is worth 100 marks.

Time Allowed: You will have three hours to complete each paper.

Selection for Viva Voce (Oral Interview): Typically, the number of candidates invited for the oral interview won't be more than three times the total vacancies announced.
Viva-Voce:

Maximum marks for viva voce shall be 50.
-
Only those candidates who are shortlisted as per the above scheme shall be called for viva-voce.

The cut off marks in the viva-voce is fixed at 40% for general and OBC candidates and 35% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedules Tribes.

The marks secured by a candidate in the viva-voce shall be added to the total marks secured by him/her in the Main (written) examination.
